Financial Analyst - Job Opportunity

As a Financial Analyst at softventures, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights, and helping drive key business decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, forecast trends, and ensure the company’s financial goals are met. Your ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations will be critical to our ongoing success.

Responsibility :
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of results.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist with financial planning processes, including long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and benchmarks to assess the company's financial health and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for pricing, cost analysis, and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, etc.)..
  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business operations.
  • Ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience using financial software for analysis and reporting. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
