As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, optimize online channels, and drive customer engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns, track performance, and lead the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding results..

Responsibility :
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and optimize strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, optimizing organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop engaging and persuasive digital assets and messaging.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new digital marketing opportunities and ensure the brand stays competitive.
Requirements :
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online growth and performance..
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize marketing strategies (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Experience managing digital ad budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign execution.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field..
  • Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certification.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, depending on your company's focus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
