Responsibility :
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and brand voice.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality content production and consistent output.
  • Create a variety of content types including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, video scripts, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SEO, design, product, and sales to create content that resonates with target audiences and drives lead generation.
  • Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance data, generate insights, and optimize content strategies to improve ROI.
  • Maintain and enhance the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage the company’s blog, website, and social media content, ensuring consistency and relevance in messaging.
Requirements :
  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on storytelling, tone, and voice.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience using content analytics tools (Google Analytics, BuzzSumo, etc.) to track and measure content performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring content creators.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align content with business goals and target audience needs.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (video, podcasts, webinars, etc.).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement strategies..
  • Knowledge of content distribution channels and paid promotion strategies.
