Responsibility :

• Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial strategies. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and cost-efficiency.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of results.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal stakeholders, including senior management and external parties.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while maximizing profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals. Provide guidance, training, and career development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives, capital investment decisions, and risk management.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, etc.)..
• Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and business operations.
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management tools is a plus.
